1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Player Diff ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must comply with Riot Games' own Terms of Service to use this Site, including their age requirements. You may not use the Site if you are barred from accessing Riot Games' services for any reason.
3. Riot Games Disclaimer
Player Diff isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games, and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.
4. Acceptable Use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Site through automated means.
- Use the Site to harass, dox, or otherwise harm other players.
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit data or features made available through the Site.
- Attempt to interfere with the Site's normal operation, security, or rate limits.
- Use the Site in any way that violates Riot Games' policies or applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
The Site's interface, code, and original content are the property of the Site operator. League of Legends, all related game assets, character names, item names, and other in-game content are the intellectual property of Riot Games, Inc. The Site uses Riot's officially provided assets (Data Dragon) and queries Riot's public API.
6. Game Data
Statistics and match data shown on the Site are fetched from Riot Games' public APIs. The Site does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed. Data may lag, be temporarily unavailable, or be removed by Riot at their discretion.
7. Advertisements
The Site may display advertisements provided by third parties. The Site operator does not endorse, and is not responsible for, the content, products, services, or accuracy of any advertisement displayed on the Site, and is not a party to any transaction you may enter into with an advertiser. Information about how advertising networks may collect and use data is described in the Privacy Policy, which also includes opt-out options for personalized advertising.
8. No Warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Site may be unavailable, contain bugs, or produce inaccurate results.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Modifications and Termination
The Site operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site (in whole or in part) at any time without notice. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
